So I was in a meeting with one of our developers yesterday. To sum it up this was the lesson I’d like to share.
Whether you can or whether you can’t your right.
You see, no matter what your involved in your attitude sets the course for the outcome. You choose, and that’s why I pick team players that don’t just ‘want to’ but know we ‘will’. With the winning mindset surrounding you your not only likely to succeed you also have a helluva lot more fun.
I do what I do because I love him beyond me. Reminds me, this has to be big. It can be big and that’s exciting. Effecting hearts and minds in a good way, maybe even inspiring a few. There’s nothing in life more rewarding than providing a path for his smile; keep it shining as bright as any star. That’s heaven to me.
